Survey: target product profile (TPP) for rapid tests for surveillance of cholera outbreaks

As part of a FIND initiative with support from Gavi and participation from the World Health Organization (WHO), we kindly request your feedback on an updated target product profile (TPP) for rapid tests for surveillance of cholera outbreaks.

In 2017, a TPP was developed to define the characteristics of these tests to meet needs in the field. A revised TPP has now been drafted, and we are seeking review of this draft prior to finalizing the updated TPP.

To obtain consensus on the TPP, a Delphi-like process is being used to gather stakeholder input from a variety of experts in up to two serial survey rounds. We invite you to participate in this first survey. You have been included in this distribution list due to your technical expertise in cholera, field knowledge, or diagnostic expertise. Your input and feedback are critical to informing a quality TPP that accurately reflects the diagnostic needs to address cholera surveillance. • Then, complete the survey, which should take approximately 1 hour. In case you are unable to finish in a single session, the survey provides an option to save and continue later, accessible in the upper right of the survey.
